The Word to meditate on for February 2019 is Inclusiveness. The saboteur of inclusiveness is Separativeness. We may not be able to resolve all of the differences we see around us, or in the news everyday, but we do have the power to resolve differences within our own selves, allowing us to let them go – and therefore be free.
The Saints in Training Word of the Month for January 2019 is INSPIRATION. The Saboteur of inspiration is VANITY. We are often inspired to do good works, especially by those who have set a high bar by their own example. How can inspiration help us to help ourselves and others? How does vanity get in the way? That is the subject of the first Word of the Month for 2019.
The Saints in Training Word of the Month for December 2018 is PROTECT. The Saboteur of PROTECT is CONTROL. What do we want to protect? The mind. How do we protect the mind? That is the subject of the last video for 2018.
You may recognize our location this month as the hearth belonging to the beautiful space in Oceanside where we are privileged to hold workshops and meditation classes.
