Meditation is included in each and every one of our classes. This is because meditation is the very foundation of all spiritual learning. I present meditation in a variety of ways since we are all at different places in our meditation practice, and in our lives, too. I have been taught in a traditional Eastern philosophical style, which means there will never be a charge for meditation classes.
